The filled bottles are placed into the unit, which is then filled with cold water and turned on for about 60 minutes, so all you need is the raw fruit and the preserving liquid of your choice.

Preserving Liquid

For fruit this can be either water, fruit juice, sugar syrup, liqueurs or spirits. For vegetables, a mixture of 50% vinegar and 50% water is recommended.
